We have designed SOLVIVE with a minimal data approach. Because the Platform operates on the Solana blockchain using wallet-based identity, we collect significantly less personal information than traditional platforms. If you use the in-Platform chat feature (available to players who have reached the required level), messages you send are visible to other users in real time. Note: although UK residents are restricted from using SOLVIVE under our Terms of Service, if you have nonetheless accessed the Platform, your data protection rights under UK GDPR still apply and we will honour them.

Your wallet security is entirely your own responsibility. SOLVIVE never has access to your private keys and cannot protect your wallet from compromise on your end. We strongly recommend using hardware wallets and keeping your seed phrase offline and secure.
List or Lift LTD is registered in England and Wales. However, we use third-party service providers that may be located in other countries, including the United States. When your personal information is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect it in accordance with applicable data protection law.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including countries that may have different data protection standards. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or other approved transfer mechanisms to legitimise such transfers.
SOLVIVE is not directed at or intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, you must not use the Platform or provide any personal information to us.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party sites and we are not responsible for them. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through or in connection with SOLVIVE before providing any personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Platform's features, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where required by law, seek your renewed consent.
Your continued use of the Platform after an updated Privacy Policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated policy, you must stop using the Platform and may request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
