Privacy Policy

Last Updated: March 13, 2026  |  Version 1.0

This Privacy Policy explains how List or Lift LTD (Company Number: 15622259), registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the SOLVIVE platform (the "Platform"). For the purposes of applicable data protection law, List or Lift LTD is the data controller of your personal information.

By connecting your wallet and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with how we collect and use your information, please do not use SOLVIVE.

We have designed SOLVIVE with a minimal data approach. Because the Platform operates on the Solana blockchain using wallet-based identity, we collect significantly less personal information than traditional platforms. We only collect what is strictly necessary to operate the Platform and provide you with a functional and secure experience.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information when you use SOLVIVE:

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Wallet Address (Required): When you connect your Solana wallet to SOLVIVE, your public wallet address is collected. This is your primary identity on the Platform. We never have access to your private keys or seed phrase.
  • Username (Required): Before you can participate in any round, you are required to choose a username. This username is displayed publicly on the Platform, including in the chat, leaderboard, prediction history, and profile pages. Choose a username you are comfortable sharing publicly. You may update your username at any time through your profile settings.
  • Email Address (Optional): You may optionally provide an email address. This is used solely for Platform notifications such as round results, important Platform updates, and security alerts. Providing an email address is entirely voluntary and is not required to use any core features of the Platform. You can add, update, or remove your email address at any time through your account settings.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Platform, we and our third-party service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location derived from your IP address.
  • Device type, operating system, and browser type.
  • Pages visited, features used, and time spent on the Platform.
  • Referring URLs and clickstream data.
  • Session duration and interaction patterns.

This information is collected through cookies, local storage, and similar tracking technologies. It is used to operate and improve the Platform, diagnose technical issues, prevent fraud and abuse, and understand how users interact with the Platform.

1.3 On-Chain Information

Because SOLVIVE operates on the Solana blockchain, certain information is recorded permanently and publicly on-chain by the nature of blockchain technology. This includes:

  • Your wallet address.
  • SOL amounts committed to each round.
  • Round participation history and outcomes.
  • Payout claims and transaction hashes.

This on-chain information is public by design and is not within our control to delete, modify, or restrict access to. It exists independently of our Platform and will remain on the Solana blockchain permanently, regardless of your use of SOLVIVE or any account deletion request.

1.4 Information from Third-Party Services

SOLVIVE uses third-party services that may collect information about you in connection with your use of the Platform. These services operate under their own privacy policies and are described in Section 6 of this policy.

1.5 Chat and Communications

If you use the in-Platform chat feature (available to players who have reached the required level), messages you send are visible to other users in real time. Chat messages may be stored in our database for moderation, abuse prevention, and platform integrity purposes. Do not share sensitive personal information, financial details, or private keys in public chat.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To operate and provide the Platform, including processing round participation, displaying leaderboards and profiles, and enabling the chat feature.
  • To identify you on the Platform using your wallet address and display your chosen username to other users.
  • To send you Platform notifications and updates if you have provided an email address and opted in to receive them.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, prohibited conduct, and violations of our Terms of Service.
  • To analyse Platform usage, diagnose technical issues, and improve the Platform's performance, reliability, and features.
  • To comply with our legal obligations, including applicable data protection laws and any lawful requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
  • To enforce our Terms of Service and protect the rights, property, and safety of List or Lift LTD, our users, and third parties.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for targeted advertising. We do not build advertising profiles based on your Platform activity.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable data protection law requires us to identify a legal basis for processing your personal information, we rely on the following:

  • Contractual necessity: Processing your wallet address and username is necessary to provide you with access to the Platform and fulfil our obligations under the Terms of Service.
  • Legitimate interests: We process technical and usage data based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional platform, preventing fraud and abuse, and improving the Platform's performance and user experience.
  • Consent: Where you voluntarily provide your email address, we process that information on the basis of your consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time by removing your email address from your account settings or contacting us at info@solvive.com.
  • Legal obligation: We may process and disclose information where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, court orders, or lawful requests from competent authorities.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

4.1 Publicly on the Platform

Your username, level, round participation history, and performance statistics are visible to other users of the Platform as part of the leaderboard, profile pages, prediction history, and chat features. Your wallet address may also be visible in certain on-chain contexts. Your email address is never displayed publicly.

4.2 Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with third-party companies that help us operate the Platform. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services on our behalf and are contractually required to protect it. Our key service providers include:

  • Privy — provides wallet connection and authentication infrastructure. Privy may collect your wallet address and, if provided, your email address as part of the authentication flow.
  • Supabase — provides our database and real-time infrastructure. User account data including wallet address, username, and optional email are stored in Supabase-hosted databases.
  • Pyth Network — provides real-time price oracle data. Pyth does not receive personal information from SOLVIVE.
  • Solana blockchain — all on-chain transactions are processed by the Solana network and its validators. Transaction data is public and permanent by the nature of the blockchain.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers — we use cloud infrastructure providers to host the Platform. These providers may process technical data including IP addresses as part of normal operations.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information to government authorities, law enforcement, or regulatory bodies where we are legally required to do so, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to: comply with a legal obligation or lawful request; protect the rights, property, or safety of List or Lift LTD, our users, or the public; investigate or prevent fraud, prohibited conduct, or illegal activity; or enforce our Terms of Service.

4.4 Business Transfers

If List or Lift LTD undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change through the Platform or by email if provided.

4.5 With Your Consent

We may share your information in other circumstances with your explicit consent.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

SOLVIVE uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform and improve your experience. The types of cookies we use are:

  • Essential cookies: Required for the Platform to function. These include session management, authentication state, and wallet connection persistence. These cannot be disabled without breaking core Platform functionality.
  • Analytics cookies: Used to understand how users interact with the Platform, which features are most used, and where technical issues occur. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
  • Preference cookies: Used to remember your settings and preferences, such as display preferences and notification choices.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using the Platform. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies for marketing purposes.

  • Your wallet address, username, and account data are retained for as long as your account exists on the Platform.
  • If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days, subject to the exceptions described below.
  • Your optional email address will be deleted promptly upon your request or upon account deletion.
  • Technical and usage logs are retained for up to 12 months for security and fraud prevention purposes.
  • Chat messages may be retained for up to 6 months for moderation and abuse prevention purposes.

We may retain certain information for longer periods where required by applicable law, to resolve disputes, enforce our Terms of Service, or for legitimate fraud prevention purposes. On-chain transaction data recorded on the Solana blockchain cannot be deleted by us or anyone else — it is permanent and immutable by design.

However, no security system is completely impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Your wallet security is entirely your own responsibility. SOLVIVE never has access to your private keys and cannot protect your wallet from compromise on your end. We strongly recommend using hardware wallets and keeping your seed phrase offline and secure.
